About Us
We offer martial arts instruction of adults, children and advanced practitioners in ITF-style Taekwon-Do.
Taekwon-Do is a worthwhile activity for people of all ages. Students of Taekwon-Do practice late into life. Children and families are among our most devoted students. We have one family in which the mother, a fourth-degree black belt, has two sons who have achieved black belts. We have multiple black belt families (including one with four black belts and a fifth on the way). We have mothers studying with sons, daughters with fathers, and more than one three-generation family group. Our school prides itself on its “family feel.”
Some of the characteristics of our faculty: Many have advanced academic degrees, and almost all have advanced degrees in Taekwon-Do extending well beyond first-degree black belt. Our headmaster is a seventh dan internationally certified master instructor with 50 years of involvement in the martial arts and numerous publications in the field.
